Returns
Authorized returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging and received by Hootenanny within 20 days of delivery at the customers' expense.

Original freight charges will be deducted from your refund, if your package was originally shipped for free the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Sorry, customized items are not returnable.

Cancelled Orders
A 3% fee may be charged for any canceled order. The purpose of this fee is to recover bank charge fees related to the transaction.

Shipping Charges
We have estimated shipping prices as fairly as possible. If we've under estimated, we'll cover the difference. If we can negotiate a better price than our quoted price to you, we'll pass on the savings.

Orders going to different addresses are charged individual shipping fees. Orders to one location totaling over $200 (excluding tax) receives Free Freight! Applies to Continental US only.

Customer Service
All items are packed in new condition and packed very well, if anything arrives broken it is often the fault of the shipper. We insure all packages we ship. You need to notify the shipper that your goods arrived broken, they'll pick it up, and we'll ship you a replacement.

Privacy
Be assured that when placing an order with Hootenanny your information will be kept confidential. It will not be sold nor shared with third parties under any circumstance.

Gift Giving?
Please let us know if your order is a gift for someone, we're more than happy to include a card with your greeting. We'll gift wrap your gift for you at no charge on items that are over $25 each... For items under $25 each, there is a $1.50 charge per item.
