Shipping, Replacements, and Refunds, Oh My!
HOW ARE YOUR ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship our items with UPS and package them in a custom box to the size you ordered. All of our packaging is made to UPS' highest standards to ensure that you get your item fully intact.
Orders are shipped to the address that buyer provides, so please make sure it is accurate. We will send you tracking numbers when your order is shipped.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS TO?
At the moment, we only ship to the 48 Continental United States. On the bright side, we offer FREE standard shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped from Southern California. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment and delivered within 10 days after payment. We'll send a tracking number when the order is shipped.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We ship our items with UPS and package them in a durable, custom box to the size you ordered.
BUT, CAN YOU SHIP ANY FASTER?
Based on your order size and need, we may be able to offer expedited, at an additional cost. Contact us here to start an expedited order.
DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENTS?
We take pride in the attention to detail in each of the products we produce. If for any reason, your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of the item and we'll do all we can to arrange a replacement for you. All we’ll need from you are detailed photos of the mishap.
If 5 days have gone by since you received the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. For replacements, please contact us here.
WELL, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Since every item is individually designed and printed, we do not offer full refunds, however in most cases we can offer a substantial, partial refund. To start the refund process, contact us here.
Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
