Shipping, Replacements, and Refunds, Oh My!
All orders are shipped from Southern California. Most orders are printed and shipped within 3 business days of payment. Unfortunately we only ship to addresses within the 48 Continental United States.
Orders are shipped to the address that buyer provides, so please make sure it is accurate. We will send you tracking numbers as well.
We ship our items with UPS and package them in a custom box to the size you ordered. All of our packaging is made to UPS' highest standards to ensure that you get your item fully intact.
Based on your order size and need, we may be able to offer expedited, at an additional cost. Contact us here to start an expedited order.
We take pride in the attention to detail of each printed piece. If for any reason, your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of the item and we'll do all we can to arrange a replacement for you. All we’ll need from you are detailed photos of the mishap.
If 5 days have gone by since you received the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. For replacements, please contact us here.
Since every item is individually designed and printed, we do not offer full refunds, however in most cases we can offer a substantial, partial refund. To start the refund process, contact us here.
Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
